As a true systems thinker, Noelle specializes in the intricacies of the workforce education ecosystem, working with industry and higher education leaders across the country, and discovering the gaps that exist between higher education, industry, and the needs of students and the workforce. Her commitment to forging valuable partnerships between industry and higher education has paved the way for innovative opportunities in workforce education. From teaching adult learners and designing transformative courses, to spearheading organizational growth strategies and consulting across various industries, Noelle's multifaceted expertise allows for a holistic approach that brings real solutions to the table for the institutions and organizations that she works with.
Beyond her career in higher education and business development, Noelle has made an impact as a former K-12 educator, service as a city commissioner, and is a proud veteran of the United States Army with service in the Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Noelle's academic accomplishments include a Doctorate in Education and Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University, a Masters of Arts in Public Policy and Public Administration from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Campbell University.
